Kayaking Experience
Bhote Koshi is not for beginners — this is expert-level whitewater with big drops, narrow
channels, and continuous wave trains. It’s a technical river that demands strong paddling, fast
decision-making, and excellent boat control.

Trips here are usually done as 1–2 day runs, or as part of multi-day extreme kayaking
expeditions. You’ll be kayaking in a stunning gorge surrounded by lush hills and towering cliffs.
