Kayaking Experience
Trishuli is the perfect training ground for beginner to intermediate kayakers.
The rapids are exciting yet forgiving, and there are multiple sections where you
can safely practice rolls, ferrying, and eddy turns. The most famous rapids
include Ladies Delight, Upset, and Surprise — all fun, splashy waves without
extreme danger.
You can kayak the Trishuli as a single-day experience, or join a 2-day package
with riverside camping under the stars.
